| Summary, etc. | El informe analiza por qué muchas personas mayores siguen quedándose fuera de la transición digital y cómo diseñar formación específica para ellas. Señala que, aunque los servicios públicos, la banca o la sanidad se digitalizan, una parte de la población sénior no accede o lo hace con ansiedad, lo que aumenta aislamiento y dependencia. La OCDE sostiene que los programas genéricos no funcionan porque no tienen en cuenta ritmo más lento, limitaciones sensoriales o baja confianza, factores que dificultan el aprendizaje y la continuidad digital.<br/><br/>Propone adaptar todo el ciclo formativo: registros sencillos (teléfono, carta, WhatsApp), pruebas de entrada para agrupar por nivel, materiales con letra grande y alto contraste, y contenidos prácticos (videollamadas, citas médicas, banca online, detección de fraudes). Recomienda introducir de forma simple la inteligencia artificial (IA) cuando ya está presente en las aplicaciones que usan los mayores. Subraya que el éxito depende de formadores capacitados para explicar despacio, repetir, generar confianza y ofrecer apoyo continuado tras el curso (líneas telefónicas, puntos físicos o voluntariado intergeneracional).<br/><br/>La OCDE concluye que la inclusión digital sénior requiere pasar de las buenas intenciones a acciones concretas en políticas de envejecimiento activo, con financiación estable, evaluación y alianzas entre administraciones, empresas tecnológicas y organizaciones sociales. Solo así se cerrará la brecha digital por edad y se garantizará autonomía, participación y acceso universal a servicios. |
