Según los resultados, dos tercios de las empresas encuestadas ya registran mejoras operativas, y un 41 % espera alcanzar el retorno de inversión (ROI, Return on Investment) en menos de un año. Los sectores más beneficiados son el tecnológico, financiero y de servicios, con especial impacto en desarrollo de software, atención al cliente y automatización de compras.<br/><br/>El informe identifica tres factores críticos para escalar la IA: infraestructura digital sólida, talento especializado y gobernanza transparente. El 92 % de los directivos prevé obtener beneficios medibles con la inteligencia artificial agentiva (Agentic AI) en los próximos dos años, aunque persisten brechas entre grandes corporaciones y pymes. También se destaca la importancia de garantizar interoperabilidad, seguridad y libertad tecnológica para fortalecer la confianza en el ecosistema digital.<br/><br/>IBM concluye que la IA se ha convertido en el principal catalizador de la transformación empresarial en EMEA, redefiniendo modelos de trabajo y acelerando la innovación. Recomienda impulsar la formación en inteligencia artificial responsable, crear estructuras de supervisión y fomentar una cultura que combine eficiencia, ética y resiliencia tecnológica a largo plazo. |
