El informe destaca diferencias entre países, sectores tecnológicos y tipos de organización. También señala que las mujeres tienden a participar con mayor frecuencia en equipos de investigación mixtos y en áreas como biotecnología o ciencias de la vida, mientras que su presencia sigue siendo más limitada en campos tecnológicos tradicionales.<br/><br/>El documento concluye que aumentar la participación femenina en la innovación es clave para mejorar la competitividad científica y tecnológica.
