Elaborado por la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE), su objetivo es ofrecer un diagnóstico basado en datos que permita impulsar el emprendimiento y la innovación en el país.<br/><br/>El documento destaca que España cuenta con un ecosistema emprendedor en crecimiento, apoyado por infraestructuras, talento y acceso a financiación, aunque presenta desafíos en términos de escalabilidad, productividad y transferencia de conocimiento. Señala la necesidad de mejorar la conexión entre investigación, empresas y mercado, así como de fomentar un entorno regulatorio más ágil y favorable. También subraya el papel de la digitalización como motor del emprendimiento y la importancia de fortalecer redes de colaboración entre actores públicos y privados.<br/><br/>El informe concluye que fortalecer el ecosistema emprendedor es clave para el crecimiento económico y la competitividad.
