| Summary, etc. | "La guía analiza la relación entre accesibilidad digital y ciberseguridad, y propone integrar ambas dimensiones en el diseño y evaluación de servicios digitales. Su objetivo es evitar que las medidas de seguridad creen barreras de uso y, al mismo tiempo, que las soluciones accesibles introduzcan nuevas vulnerabilidades. El enfoque parte de una idea clara: una interfaz confusa, inaccesible o difícil de verificar no solo excluye, sino que también puede debilitar la seguridad de la información.<br/><br/>Entre los principales contenidos, la guía aborda diez bloques temáticos, entre ellos color, imágenes, teclado, puntero, eventos, tiempos, comprensión, gestión de errores, autenticación y sintaxis. El documento insiste en que comprender bien la interfaz es también una forma de defensa, porque reduce errores, fatiga, confusión y exposición a engaños como el phishing o la manipulación visual. También subraya la importancia de una autenticación accesible, mensajes claros y navegación verificable.<br/><br/>La principal conclusión es que la ciberaccesibilidad debe entenderse como una disciplina transversal dentro del cumplimiento, el desarrollo seguro y la administración electrónica. La guía sugiere que diseñar servicios accesibles y seguros a la vez mejora la confianza, reduce riesgos y refuerza la protección efectiva de todas las personas usuarias."<br/> |
