Capgemini basa el estudio en una encuesta a 200 responsables senior de organizaciones globales de farmacia, biotecnología, dispositivos médicos y salud digital.<br/><br/>Entre los principales hallazgos, el documento señala que el cumplimiento normativo sigue siendo la prioridad estratégica más importante, citado por el 65 % de los encuestados, pero la agilidad aparece como el verdadero factor diferencial. El 82 % afirma haber sufrido aumentos de costes en los últimos tres años y el 91 % indica que los ciclos de innovación se han alargado. Además, el 79 % está implantando sistemas operativos más flexibles y el 85 % invierte en herramientas digitales para anticipar mejor disrupciones y modelizar escenarios.<br/><br/>La principal conclusión es que el sector no podrá sostener su competitividad solo con más control regulatorio. El informe subraya que hará falta combinar cumplimiento, agilidad operativa, digitalización y nuevas capacidades para reducir tiempos, contener costes y acelerar la llegada de innovación al mercado. |
