| Summary, etc. | El Gobierno ha presentado el Proyecto de Ley Orgánica de protección civil de los derechos al honor, intimidad personal y familias y a la propia imagen, publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Cortes Generales, ayer, 27 de julio de 2026. Sustituirá a la histórica Ley Orgánica 1/1982, que queda derogada, con una "ley de nueva planta" que mantiene su esencia pero la actualiza a la realidad tecnológica. Habla de deepfakes, consentimiento para que suban tus imágenes, consentimiento 16 años; imagen y voz tras la muerte. Equilibrio libertad de info y creación. Proyecto de ley en tramitación, con plazo de enmiendas abierto hasta el 17 de septiembre de 2026, y que entraría en vigor a los 20 días de su publicación en el BOE una vez aprobado. |
