El estudio gira en torno a tres áreas temáticas, a saber: políticas, desarrollo de capacidades e integración de ciber en las misiones de la PCSD, siendo el último el foco principal del estudio. Para cada área temática, compilamos un conjunto de opciones de políticas, que abarcan diferentes niveles, comenzando desde el nivel político / estratégico de la UE y progresando hasta los niveles operativos e incluso tácticos / técnicos de los mecanismos de apoyo de la CSDP. Estas opciones de política se resumen en un documento informativo de opciones separado que acompaña a este estudio.

The study revolves around three thematic areas, namely: policies, capacity building, and the integration of cyber in the CSDP missions, with the last one being the main focus of the study. For each thematic area, we compile a set of policy options, covering different levels, starting from the EU’s political/strategic level and progressing down to the operational and even tactical/technical levels of the CSDP’s supporting mechanisms. These policy options are summarised in a separate options briefing document accompanying this study.
