Several studies have been conducted so far to assess the maturity levels of Open Data in the European Union as well as Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein (referred to as the EU28+). In this light, it becomes interesting to take a look at Open Data beyond the EU28+ borders, in the EU Neighbourhood to the East and South.
