The present report is the extensive overview of the benchmark assessment, which aims to deliver an impactful study on eGovernment. This report is complemented by the shorter Insight Report, which presents the key findings. Additional country factsheets provide more focussed insights at national level into the results per top-level benchmark and per life event in
comparison with the rest of the EU. The methodology is explained in the Method Paper, which includes a comprehensive description of the method used (including full description of the questionnaire and life event models). The research is completed by the raw data file that is publicly available.
