Este estudio analiza el papel que juegan las normas de derechos de autor de la UE para permitir o dificultar el acceso y la reutilización de publicaciones científicas, incluso a través del acceso abierto. Encuentra su punto de partida en las nociones conectadas pero distintas de acceso y reutilización. El estudio examina las posibilidades de reutilización que habilitan las excepciones y limitaciones a los derechos de autor reconocidas en el marco legal vigente.
