  <abstract>La edición de este año tiene en cuenta la crisis global del coste de vida, la guerra en Ucrania y una mayor inestabilidad climática en distintas partes del mundo. En este contexto, el informe, que se basa en datos de seis continentes y 46 mercados, analiza las condiciones en las que funciona el periodismo alrededor del mundo y detalla qué hay detrás del bajo nivel de involucramiento y de la evasión selectiva de noticias, así como el interés del público por enfoques que puedan combatir esta situación. Además, se examinan las fuentes que utiliza la población para adquirir conocimientos sobre sus finanzas personales y cuán fácil o difícil de comprender resulta este tipo de información.</abstract>
