  <abstract>El documento analiza si limitar el uso del móvil en los centros educativos mejora el clima de aula y los resultados escolares. Usa microdatos de PISA 2022 en 81 países para medir tres ámbitos: distracciones en clase, bienestar (ansiedad y presión por responder mensajes) y aprendizaje (lecturas, matemáticas y ciencias). Aporta un marco teórico sobre atención, multitarea y efectos socioemocionales, y revisa la evidencia previa, frecuentemente mixta.

Los hallazgos principales fueron que en las escuelas con normas claras y conocidas, hay menos distracciones y menos ansiedad relacionada con el teléfono. Y cuando la norma se hace cumplir de verdad (pocos móviles a la vista, poco uso en horario escolar), también aparecen pequeñas mejoras pero medibles en las pruebas académicas. No se observan grandes diferencias por grupos, aunque en los centros privados se reduce algo más la ansiedad. Importante: es un análisis observacional; muestra asociaciones, no demuestra causa-efecto.

Si se opta por imponer restricciones, el cumplimiento de las normas es clave; si se declara la norma sin aplicarla, no cambian los resultados. Por ello, recomiendan enfoques ajustados al contexto del centro, evaluación continua y acompañar con alfabetización digital y apoyo a docentes y familias. En paralelo, conviene vigilar posibles efectos no deseados (desplazamiento del uso fuera del aula) y revisar la política según evidencia.
