The hypothesis driving this report, demonstrated through the Seamless Integrated Mobility System pilot in the region and applicable on a global scale, is that systemic mobility gaps drive systemic economic gaps and that the Fourth Industrial Revolution can help bridge these gaps, if it is embraced and managed appropriately.
