The aim of the study “on a collaboration system for the commercialisation of intellectual property in the EU” was to discuss means by which SMEs can improve their performance in IP transaction markets. The study draws on a mix of methodologies, including desk research, 46 interviews with stakeholders and experts, workshops and legal analysis of selected issues.
