490 _aEricsson Mobility Report
_v; February 2016
500 _aIn this Ericsson Mobility Report we introduce a neuroscience study by Ericsson ConsumerLab that captured objective reactions to varied levels of network performance while using a smartphone. It revealed that under time constraints delays in web page load times and video streaming can be as stressful as watching a horror movie. On the other hand, if there are no such delays, we unconsciously become more satisfied with our mobile service provider.
