| Summary, etc. | Para la elaboración del estudio se han estudiado la conversación en Twitter de un año los perfiles de 360 hombres y 360 mujeres líderes en 12 países: Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, España, Estados Unidos, México, Panamá, Perú, Portugal y República Dominicana. El informe estudia las diferencias en la atención que se presta a las mujeres, sobre todo en el tono y el contenido de la conversación generada en torno a ellas, frente a los hombres. Y pretende encontrar posibles razones por la que ellas se sitúan ante ese umbral de visibilidad. Algunas de las conclusiones son:<br/>1) Las líderes femeninas españolas están infrarrepresentadas en la conversación social, con una visibilidad muy inferior a las de los líderes masculinos, por tanto es urgente incrementar la visibilidad de las mujeres líderes, especialmente del ámbito empresarial.<br/>2) La visibilidad de las mujeres es tarea de todos.<br/>3) Cuanta más presencia femenina en la conversación, más rápido se corrigen los sesgos de percepción.<br/><br/>4) Los esfuerzos de moderación de las redes sociales son fundamentales.<br/><br/>5) La cosificación y la infantilización de las mujeres son fácilmente evitables.<br/><br/>6) La agenda de igualdad debe ser defendida, también, por los hombres. |
