| Summary, etc. | El presente informe tiene por objeto trazar y analizar la legislación y la negociación colectiva en materia de teletrabajo en los 27 Estados miembros y Noruega. Destaca las principales diferencias y similitudes entre países con respecto a la legislación de teletrabajo y los cambios recientes en estas regulaciones. También examina la situación actual de la negociación colectiva en materia de teletrabajo. El análisis destaca muchos de los inconvenientes y desafíos del teletrabajo, centrándose en las disposiciones relacionadas con el acceso al teletrabajo, el tiempo de trabajo flexible, la disponibilidad / conectividad continua, el aislamiento, la prevención de riesgos laborales y de salud y los costos incurridos por el empleado mientras trabaja a distancia.
