Summary, etc. Preparing teachers for digital education: Continuing professional learning on digital skills and pedagogies examina cómo los sistemas educativos europeos están preparando a su profesorado para enseñar en entornos digitales. El documento parte del reconocimiento de que las competencias digitales y pedagógicas deben ser reforzadas de manera continua para garantizar una educación inclusiva, innovadora y adaptada a los cambios tecnológicos.<br/><br/>El análisis se centra en políticas y prácticas de formación continua en distintos países de la UE, identificando iniciativas eficaces, estructuras institucionales de apoyo y modelos de formación mixtos. También se valoran los marcos de competencia digital docente existentes, la participación en redes de aprendizaje profesional y el papel de la colaboración entre docentes. Se destaca la importancia de que las estrategias nacionales integren la formación digital en todas las etapas de la carrera profesional docente.<br/><br/>El informe subraya la necesidad de promover una cultura institucional que valore el aprendizaje permanente del profesorado, así como de proporcionar los recursos, el tiempo y el acompañamiento necesarios. Fomentar la formación digital continua es clave para transformar los sistemas educativos y responder a los retos sociales y tecnológicos del presente y del futuro.
